David Allen is a corporate lawyer and is also qualified in finance. David has over 10 years corporate finance experience in many complex transactions, including IPOs, international project finance and syndicated raisings, offshore wholesale funds, derivative products, trade sales and corporate reconstructions and venture capital. David has experience and expertise in resources, infrastructure, life sciences, technology and the financial services sectors.

David has experience and expertise in resources, infrastructure, life sciences, technology and the financial services sectors.
David has led a number of successful IPOs and placements of ASX listed clients of Inteq. Before joining Inteq in 1997, David practised as a commercial and litigation lawyer for 4 years, working with a number of businesses and organisations in the agricultural, transport, mining, manufacturing and local government sectors.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from New South Wales University. He has been admitted to the New South Wales Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
