David Allen is an experienced investment banker with a background of over 15 years advising on and successfully executing corporate finance transactions in Australia and internationally. David has led a number of ASX initial public offerings and secondary capital raisings as part of the Inteq team including three cross border IPOs onto the ASX and three dual listings of ASX companies on NASDAQ and the AIM. David has been involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions for clients acquiring and divesting assets as well as various strategic reviews and corporate advisory assignments for clients and their key stakeholders. David has also acted on several corporate restructure and refinancing transactions, debt and project finance facilities and the creation of listed and private equity fund management businesses for clients in Australia and internationally.

David has a legal background having previously practiced as a corporate lawyer and has significant expertise and interest in the life sciences, resources and technology sectors where he has worked on a number of successful transactions at Inteq.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from New South Wales University. He has been admitted to the New South Wales Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
