Andrew Cohen is a Chartered Accountant who has broad experience in corporate finance transactions, both within Australia and crossborder, that encompass initial public offerings, capital raisings (both public and private), mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, corporate governance and taxation matters.

Prior to immigrating to Australia from South Africa in 1986, Andrew was a partner with Fisher Hoffman Stride, Chartered Accountants, where he specialised in the provision of corporate and taxation advisory services.

Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours-Taxation) at the University of Cape Town, and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
